No. We replace cluttered switches with simple, labeled buttons like “Evening” or “Goodnight.” You can also use your phone or voice if you prefer. We sit down with you until you feel comfortable.
What is tunable or circadian lighting?
It is lighting that can change through the day — bright and cool in the morning, warm and soft at night. This feels more natural and can be easier on your eyes and your sleep.
