Install and wire custom AV, lighting, shading, networking, and automation systems in high-end Arizona homes — clean, organized, and built to last.

What you’ll do

Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring; mount displays, speakers, keypads, shades, racks, and network gear
Work from system designs and wiring schematics, keeping job sites clean and clients’ homes protected
Test, troubleshoot, and verify every subsystem before handoff
Represent Ideal Automation professionally inside luxury residences

What we’re looking for

2+ years in residential AV / low-voltage / home-automation installation
Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and using hand and power tools
Familiarity with Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, or Access Networks gear preferred
Able to lift 50 lbs; reliable, detail-obsessed, and great with clients
Arizona-based with a clean driving record and valid license

What you’ll do

Program Crestron processors and build custom HTML5 touchpanel interfaces
Integrate lighting (Lutron), AV, shades, climate, security, and networking into one system
Build and test logic, schedules, and scenes; commission systems on-site
Connect modern APIs and data sources for live, dynamic panel content

What we’re looking for

2+ years programming Crestron (SIMPL / SIMPL+ / C#); HTML5 interface experience strongly preferred
Solid grasp of Lutron, networking, and AV signal flow
Strong troubleshooting and documentation habits
Crestron certifications and a portfolio of past systems welcome
Arizona-based or willing to relocate
