Smart home automation in Phoenix
Phoenix is home — literally. Our office and showroom sit at 2980 E Northern Ave, Suite B5, near Northern Avenue and 32nd Street, which puts Arcadia, the Biltmore corridor, and Moon Valley minutes away. Phoenix work skews toward character homes: 1960s–90s ranch and Territorial houses in Arcadia and North Central getting whole-home wireless Lutron retrofits, media rooms carved out of bonus spaces, and LiteTouch replacements in the luxury homes that installed it decades ago.
The Phoenix side of the practice also carries most of our commercial automation work — offices on the Camelback corridor, restaurants, and medical suites.

Scottsdale is where our largest residential systems live. New builds in Silverleaf, DC Ranch, and Troon are designed from pre-wire around Crestron Home — lighting, shades on walls of west-facing glass, distributed audio, and dedicated theaters. Established neighborhoods like McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch bring remodels and system takeovers, where we modernize aging equipment without construction drama.

Estate automation in Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley is estate country, and estates are where full Crestron systems earn their keep: one architecture running lighting, shading, climate, security, pool, and AV across large floor plans and guest houses. PV also has a particular legacy — many of its finest homes were built in the LiteTouch era, and replacing those discontinued systems with supported platforms has become one of our signature specialties.
Discretion matters here, too. Our teams are small, scheduled around households and staff, and used to working alongside builders, designers, and property managers.

Do you charge extra for travel within the Phoenix metro?
No. Consultations and service calls within our core area — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the adjacent communities listed on this page — carry no travel charge. For projects beyond the metro, we quote any travel plainly in the proposal before you commit.
Do you take projects outside Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley?
Regularly. Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, and the East Valley are all in our working range, and we take select larger projects farther afield in Arizona. If you’re unsure, call — we’ll give you a straight yes or no in one conversation.
Can I see your systems somewhere before committing?
Yes. We’re a Crestron Certified Showroom at 2980 E Northern Ave, Suite B5, in Phoenix — you can run real lighting, shades, audio, and control hardware in person. Demos are free and scheduled around you.
Do you work with builders and designers across the Valley?
Yes — a large share of our projects arrive through architects, builders, and interior designers metro-wide. We join at the plan stage, provide lighting and control documentation for construction sets, and coordinate on site from pre-wire through final walkthrough, wherever the project is.
How fast can you get to my home for service?
Our office location keeps most of the service area within a 20–30 minute drive. Existing clients get priority scheduling, and failed-system calls — like a down LiteTouch or Crestron processor — are triaged same-day whenever possible.
