We do it differently: we engineer every system to a reference-grade standard, design our own custom, easy-to-use touchscreen control, and treat the families we work for like neighbors — not account numbers. How Ideal Automation began
Ideal Automation was founded in 2020 by Logan Landin, out of a simple frustration: too many “smart” homes were complicated, unreliable, and dated the day they were installed. Logan set out to do it differently — to treat home technology as craftsmanship, not just a product to sell.
From day one, we built our work around people, not gadgets. We design our own custom, easy-to-use control interfaces in-house, engineer every subsystem to a reference-grade standard, and stay involved long after the final walkthrough.
Today we’re a close-knit, local Arizona team designing, installing, and supporting connected homes across the Valley — from a single media room to a fully automated estate. We treat the families we work for like neighbors, because most of them are.
