Ketra isn’t a standalone gadget — it runs on Lutron’s professional platforms, RadioRA 3 and HomeWorks, so it coordinates natively with Lutron’s keypads and motorized shades. Is Ketra the same as tunable white lighting?
Tunable white is part of what Ketra does, but Ketra goes further. Ordinary tunable white shifts only color temperature between two LEDs; Ketra uses a four-channel engine for a far wider, more accurate range of white plus full saturated color, with natural-light quality (high color rendering) that cheaper tunable fixtures can't match. In practice, Ketra white simply looks like daylight.
